Put the prepared water design in water for 20-30 seconds. Slide the water design from the paper base. Smooth from the middle to the sides, pushing out air and moisture. Let dry. Clean excess with acetone. Smooth with file, clean dust. Cover with 2 layers of Rubber base (recommend Riya), finish with top coat
