For transparent decals, apply a white background color.

Put the prepared water design in hot water for 20-30 seconds. Slide the water design from the paper base. Smooth from the middle to the sides, pushing out air and moisture. Let dry. File away excess decal, clean dust. Cover with 2 layers of Rubber base (recommend Riya), finish with top coat
