Apply a white background color.

Put the prepared water design in water for 20-30 seconds.

Slide the water design from the paper base.

Smooth from the middle to the sides, pushing out air and moisture.

Let dry. Use acetone to remove excess decal.

Cover with 2 layers of Rubber base (recommend Riya), finish with top coat
