**For transparent decals, apply a white background color.

Put the prepared water design in water for 20-30 seconds.

Slide the water design from the paper base.

Apply onto cured gel color while it's still tacky.

Smooth from the middle to the sides, pushing out air and moisture.

Let dry. File away excess decal, clean dust.

Cover with 2 layers of Rubber base (recommend Riya), finish with top coat
